The international Surveillance Studies Network (SSN) is the key academic organization for surveillance studies scholars. It is a registered charitable company dedicated to the study of surveillance in all its forms and to the free distribution of academic information about surveillance. SSN holds biennial conferences, publishes the journal Surveillance & Society, gives book and article awards, provides small research grants, and much more.
